Custom portraits take an additional 3 - 5 weeks to create to make sure that pet portrait is the perfect print for you. Thank you for your patience.

LOCAL - UNited Kingdom
UK (Royal Mail 1st Class) - 1 to 3 business days £5.
You may be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
Europe (Tracking Included) - 5 to 12 business days £12.
Rest of the World (Tracking Included) - 7 to 14 business days £15.

All 8 x 10 art prints are shipped in a rigid mailer and plastic sleeve provided for extra protection.
All 11 x 14 / 16 x 20 prints (and larger) are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a sturdy mailing tube.
All canvasses are wrapped in bubblewrap and placed into a paper box.
If you want to ship to a different address than your billing address, you can specify a different shipping address during checkout.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Woof Models has received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships. If you haven’t received either of these emails, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the email contact me directly and we will send you the order confirmation.
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. You can see the current status of your order using your tracking number.
Please Note: Sometimes the package travels faster than the website is able to update. If you don’t see your package in route, please be patient.
If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you'll be totally 100% happy with your purchases, but if for some reason you aren't, please let us know and we'll make every effort to rectify it.
Refunds will not be given if an order is canceled after the product has been shipped. If however the prints are damaged during transit please send us photos of the damaged item so we can provide the best possible solution.
